NFB Oscar winner recalls 'big moment'
On Oscar night, Canada's only winner showed there's a limit to her usual Scandinavian reserve.Norwegian by birth, Torill Kove, the 48-year-old Montreal filmmaker who won in the category of best animated short for The Danish Poet, triumphantly raised her Oscar high above her head backstage for the press cameras Sunday night and then closed out the evening mingling among the winners at the exclusive Vanity Fair party.
