Quebec leaders seize hijab issue

SAGUENAY, QUE., ST. SAUVEUR -- Painting himself as a small-l liberal, Parti Québécois Leader André Boisclair yesterday said that his Liberal counterpart, Jean Charest, was wrong to condone the expulsion of a young girl from a soccer game because she wore a Muslim head scarf.
