TTC to unveil $6-billion transit plan for suburbs
TORONTO -- The TTC will today unveil $6-billion plans to build a massive new light-rail network, anchored by lines that would stretch all the way from Etobicoke to Scarborough and bring rapid transit to the city's underserved suburbs.
