Threats ease but worries not over yet

VANCOUVER -- All of British Columbia's rivers peaked or dropped steadily over the weekend, but while weather forecasts make further flooding unlikely, officials say the threat isn't over yet.A spell of heavy rain or hot weather could cause river systems to rise back to flood levels at any point in the next two weeks, Allan Chapman, of the River Forecast Centre, said yesterday.
