Quebec okays Gros-Cacouna LNG terminal

QUEBEC CITY -- The Quebec government has given the green light to a bid by Petro-Canada and TransCanada Corp. to build the province's first liquefied natural gas terminal on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River in Gros-Cacouna, about 250 kilometres east of Quebec City.
