VANOC raising ire for spending millions on staff bonuses

VANCOUVER -- The Vancouver Olympics organizing committee is disclosing new details of how it will spend $44.5-million on raises and bonuses for staff through the end of the 2010 Games, as critics call for that money to be diverted to housing the homeless.
