Group seeks 'concrete steps' on disarmament
HALIFAX -- By almost any measure, the danger posed by nuclear weapons is worse now than 50 years ago.There are more admitted nuclear states and more countries wanting to acquire the bomb. Several terrorist groups have stated their desire for nuclear capability.
