Green Party won't bow out of Saanich-Gulf Islands
Vancouver -- Efforts fizzled this weekend to avoid splitting the green vote by not running a Green Party candidate in Saanich-Gulf Islands in the next federal election. Andrew Lewis, the sole contender for the Green Party nomination, won the party's backing in a vote of 18 to three.
