No special treatment for Black in bid to return home, Harper says

SANTIAGO, CHILE -- Prime Minister Stephen Harper said yesterday there would be no political interference in any attempt by former newspaper baron Conrad Black to get back his Canadian citizenship or to return to Canada if his bail is extended today.
