Negotiating the underworld through a mobster's eyes
It's late.I'm in Jenny's apartment, watching To Kill a Mockingbird on TV while she sleeps on the couch beside me. I want to stay and watch the whole thing - it's hard to walk away from Gregory Peck - but at this rate I'm never going to finish The Darkness, a new Mature-rated game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. I need to phone a guy named Butcher - that isn't going to end well - and then there's the question of the two snake-like demon heads sprouting from my shoulder blades.
