Ireland's boom revisited by an old social ill - child beggars

LONDON -- The number of children begging on Irish streets has risen for the first time in more than 10 years. Vagrants and beggars are becoming a problem and social workers have picked up children as young as eight left to beg on the streets in bad weather.
