			VANCOUVER -- Vancouver police have arrested a &#34;professional panhandler&#34; accused of robbing and throwing to the ground a 79-year-old man who regularly handed him $5 outside a downtown church.Darcy Lance Jones, a 43-year-old Vancouver man who has a fixed address, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, just one block away from Holy Rosary Cathedral where he allegedly snatched the wallet of Peter Collins, a retired surgeon.
