Onley will bend Ontario's ear on issues of accessibility

David Onley is likely to shake up the way Ontario treats its disabled and he'll start in his own backyard.In three weeks, he will be sworn in as the province's first disabled Lieutenant-Governor and, in anticipation, government employees are trying to figure out how to accommodate his special needs.
