Mattel recalls 19 million Chinese-made toys
Toy titan Mattel Inc. has issued a second global recall in as many weeks, this time calling back 19 million Chinese-made toys containing small magnets or coated in lead paint - potentially hazardous items that may have been on playroom shelves for more than five years.
