It adds up to a (delicious) hill of beans
Soybeans, soybeans everywhere, and not a fresh pod to eat. Until this summer, I didn't even know it was possible to buy fresh local edamame, those fuzzy green pods that are usually served boiled and salted at sushi bars - the ideal partner for a cold can of Sapporo.
