Widow wins battle over officer's grave

CALGARY -- The body of a Mountie shot to death near Mayerthorpe has been resting in his northern Alberta hometown for the past 2½ years, but now a judge has ruled that his remains can be moved to the RCMP's national cemetery in Regina.
