Canadians might soon be able to pay for their purchases by waving their cellphones past a card reader, another major step in the field of "contactless" payments.On the path from cash to credit cards to debit cards, contactless payments could be another big turn. One of the industry's challenges is selling Canadians on the security of a payment method that allows them to be charged without providing a signature or PIN.
