Tournament finds bankers

It might not rival the Grand Slam in golf, but curling's version of the big four events took a significant step yesterday when Capital One signed on as the title sponsor. The credit card company, which wouldn't reveal either the length or the value of the agreement, stepped up to sponsor the World Curling Tour's slate of four premier events, adding another level of legitimacy to the sport.
