Smith apologizes for critical autopsy errors

TORONTO -- Disgraced pathologist Charles Smith grabbed the spotlight at the first day of a public inquiry yesterday by admitting that multiple mistakes he made while conducting autopsies on children led to their parents or relatives being investigated or charged with murder.
