Flaherty encourages public-private mix
TORONTO -- The federal government is wooing Canadian pension funds to invest in the country's crumbling roads, bridges and water systems in an initiative Finance Minister Jim Flaherty says could leverage $33-billion in federal funding into more than $100-billion.
