Escaper ranked No. 2 flight risk, court hears
VANCOUVER -- When prisoner Omid Tahvili casually walked out of the North Fraser Pretrial Centre disguised as a janitor, he was rated as the No. 2 flight risk in the province, the Supreme Court of British Columbia heard yesterday.
