Jamie Kastner's exploration of cultural identity is personal and provocative. Just look at the title of his doc. Kastner's premise - present himself as Jewish and see what happens - seems simple. The result is far more complex. Kastner's propensity for sarcastic asides can work for and against him and sometimes the film loses ground, as even he seems flummoxed by some encounters.
