Suicide bomber strikes in southern Israel

DIMONA, ISRAEL -- Israeli officials declared yesterday that they would build a fence along their border with Egypt after a southern Israeli city was struck by a Palestinian suicide bomber who apparently entered the country via the Sinai peninsula.
