Canadian businesses have been slow to reduce their carbon footprints despite a growing awareness of the effects of climate change, say analysts researching green IT trends.Statistics from Info-Tech Research Group, a consulting firm based in Toronto, also suggest that businesses in Canada are lagging behind some of the world's emerging economies, including China and India, in energy-saving techniques.
