Co-op wine venture goes sour

Helmut Klassen had high hopes when he co-launched a line of wines called 20 Bees a couple of years ago in Toronto.Mr. Klassen and 18 other grape growers in southern Ontario had banded together to create Niagara Vintners Inc., the first wine co-operative in Canada. Together with award-winning winemaker Sue-Ann Staff, the farmers planned to make a big splash in the industry.
