Supreme Court to look at Khadr treatment

Ottawa -- The country's top court will hear arguments about whether U.S. authorities are violating international law in their treatment of accused Canadian terrorist Omar Khadr.The Supreme Court of Canada, in a ruling released yesterday, gave the go-ahead to Mr. Khadr's lawyers to raise the legality of his detention and coming trial at Guantanamo, Cuba.
