Vancouver -- Police have identified Enrique Marques as a the city's ninth homicide victim of 2008. Mr. Marques, who was in a wheelchair after a motorcycle accident about 20 years ago, was found dead in his East Vancouver apartment by a family member on March 24. Police said the death was suspicious. In a statement, police said Mr. Marques's DVD/VCR player was missing and that investigators welcome public assistance in finding it. Investigators are still collecting evidence from the apartment.
