Herd of goats delaying highway's widening
Summerland -- A herd of mountain goats is stalling expansion of a highway in the Okanagan.Arthon Contractors is supposed to be widening Highway 97, but the goats have other plans. They make their home on a bluff in the path of the work and a spokesman for the contractor said environmental agencies are preventing blasting work from going ahead.
