On March 28, the City of Toronto launched the "Toronto à la cart" online survey. It's not clear if the hot-dog monopoly has come under fire of late, or if somebody at City Hall was just feeling a little peckish, but the municipal government is not pulling any punches with this latest effort, asking the daring, no-holds-barred question, "Are you in favour of having a greater selection of street food available for purchase?"
