Oil bull ups ante to $200 by 2012

OTTAWA -- Crude oil prices, which have risen fourfold in the past five years, are set to double again to $200 (U.S.) a barrel, driving Canadian pump prices to $2.25 (Canadian) a litre, warns CIBC World Markets Inc. economist Jeff Rubin.
