TTC grinds to a halt after union rejects deal

TORONTO -- A visibly angry David Miller said he has secured an agreement with the province to bring in back-to-work legislation as soon as possible after thousands of transit riders found themselves stranded this morning when the TTC's largest union voted not to ratify a tentative deal reached with management last weekend.
