Expert testimony flaws cited in murder case, new trial ordered
The frailty of expert testimony came to the fore again yesterday as the Ontario Court of Appeal ordered a new trial for an Ontario man - Michael Reeve - who was convicted in 1999 of murdering a rival and driving his body into the Trent Canal.
