Cyclone toll tops 15,000 as junta lifts veil

BEIJING -- Myanmar's military junta has lifted its legendary secrecy to acknowledge that more than 15,000 people have been killed and 3,000 are missing after a catastrophic cyclone struck the country, flattening thousands of buildings and wiping out entire villages.
