Officers withheld evidence, lawyer says
BRAMPTON -- Homicide investigators were so determined to prove that chiropractor Kirk Klymchuk bludgeoned his wife to death with an axe in 1998 that they actively concealed evidence capable of showing his innocence, a jury was told yesterday.
