CORRECTIONS
Richard Boucher, an assistant U.S. secretary of state, was not trying to mediate a dispute between the Pakistan Peoples Party and the Pakistan Muslim League (N) when he met with their leaders. Due to an editing error, incorrect information appeared in yesterday's newspaper.
