Father of Kenyan crash victim calls for compensation
CRANBROOK -- A Kenyan government minister whose son was killed in a bizarre helicopter crash in B.C. is calling for compensation.Dalmas Otieno, Kenya's Public Service Minister, is in Cranbrook with a delegation that includes his wife and the African nation's high commissioner to Canada.
