Beautiful scenery can't hide Vancouver's ugly municipal politics
Somebody else who doesn't know anything just took one look at the scenery and declared Vancouver the best North American city to live in. But what about the climate? All that rain would be bearable if it weren't so heavily laced with political acid - a great bucket of which the civic establishment just splashed in the face of its own man, Mayor Sam Sullivan.
