Conspiracy theories abound as corruption trial fails to get on track

VANCOUVER -- It seems unimaginable that a corruption trial stemming from the audacious police raid on the B.C. Legislature 4½ years ago has yet to begin, but it's true. Pretrial wrangling has dragged on for so long, witnesses are dying off.
