VANCOUVER -- Here's a deal: You give me $15, I give you $3 and change and we call it even. Heck, even better, let's call it revenue neutral.That is the latest offer for business from the Liberal Party of Canada, which in its Green Shift plan - let the puns begin - is launching a supposedly revenue-neutral carbon tax that is the supposed twin of British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell's greenhouse gas levy.
