I hope you enjoyed a lovely weekend, and I presume you did so out of town. Abandoning Toronto on summer weekends is a sacred tradition among morning newspaper readers. Besides, the Highway to Hell (Barrie) holds few horrors to match those faced by the hoi polloi as they line up for hours to enter the one city park that plausibly matches the pleasures of the cottage.
