Almost wolf-like in appearance, the Sawtelle dog is so tuned to its master's soul that it can pretty much read minds and, if called upon, save lives. It's a spiritual dog, one that runs in the mist over hills and through valleys, baying at the moon. A dog you might hear of in a fairy tale.
