Manifestly satire

It is a sad commentary on the state of politics in the United States that Barack Obama and his campaigners couldn't afford to laugh at the cover of the latest New Yorker magazine, which features an obviously satirical caricature of the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee and his wife, Michelle.
