Contemplating the race card in the election deck

WASHINGTON -- The Washington Post had a particularly apt editorial cartoon yesterday.A man and a woman are looking at two magazines. Both magazines sport identical covers: the now infamous New Yorker illustration of Barack and Michelle Obama in the Oval Office - he wearing a turban, she sporting an Afro and an AK-47, the American flag burning in the fireplace, and a portrait of Osama bin Laden hanging on the wall.
