Old home weekend for the New Pornographers
VANCOUVER -- Anyone who's attended a concert at Vancouver's Malkin Bowl knows its allure. Surrounded by centuries-old western red cedars, bigleaf maple, Douglas fir and a magnificent English elm, in the middle of Stanley Park, it's an intimate outdoor concert space - one of the rare occasions when that's not a contradiction.
