How parents should hover

Kingston, Ont. -- If parents really want to be useful, they could visit university towns and pick up the broken beer bottles that appear during Frosh Week as students mark their territory, help dispose of piles of rotting garbage that begin to accumulate on the streets at the same time, or try to persuade their little chickadees not to sit outside their rental quarters drinking and bellowing late at night.
