Toronto racetrack fire was arson
Toronto — Arson was to blame for the blaze that killed 34 horses at Woodbine Racetrack last August, the Ontario Fire Marshal said Thursday. The fire was "set by design," Bill Hiscott said in delivering the report on the tragedy. "We've done several tests and examined the site and with all of those details we've arrived at the fact that it was arson.
