Lego case v. Mega Blok doesn't stack up: court
Toy maker Mega Bloks Inc. says it has won a trademark dispute with competitor Lego in federal appeals court.
The Montreal company said Tuesday that the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada had dismissed with costs an appeal filed by Kirkbi AG and Lego Canada Inc. of a court decision last year that had sided with Mega Bloks.
