Toronto unsure of SARS concert's effect

Toronto The concert that was going to put Toronto back on the tourist map went off without a hitch, with organizers waking Thursday to an epic cleanup job but few reports of problems.
Police said there were remarkably few incidents, injuries were rare and there are no reports of the sort of runaway sewage problems that plagued the Pope's visit last summer.
