Expos close to resolving San Juan scheduling conflict

MIAMI The arbitration hearing involving Florida Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria and the 14 former limited partners of the Montreal Expos has been pushed back to late February or early March, lawyers for both sides have told The Globe and Mail.
