Jeronima Huerta-Flores and Pierre-Luc Yao scored two touchdowns each as the Laval Rouge et Or rolled over the Concordia Stingers to capture the Dunsmore Cup as the Quebec Division football champion.
Laval will take on the No. 2 McMaster Marauders in the Mitchell Bowl next weekend at Hamilton's Ivor Wynne Stadium. Kyle Pyear rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown as McMaster defeated the Laurier Golden Hawks 41-17 to win its fourth straight Yates Cup as the Ontario champion.
The Saint Mary's Huskies, chasing their third straight Vanier Cup title, won their fifth straight Jewett Trophy as the Atlanticdivision champions with a 36-12 victory over the St Francis Xavier X-Men.
The Huskies will face the Simon Fraser Clan in the inaugural Uteck Bowl next weekend in Halifax. The Clan won its first Hardy Trophy after downing the Alberta Golden Bears 28-18 in the Canada West final.

Laval 59, Concordia 7
At Quebec City, Huerta-Flores had 147 yards rushing to anchor a Laval ground game that registered a whopping 401 yards before a PEPS Stadium gathering of 15,317. Quarterback Mathieu Bertrand finished 7-of-14 passing for 196 yards and two touchdowns. Mickey Donovan scored Concordia's only touchdown on a fumble recovery.
McMaster 41, Wilfrid Laurier 17
At Hamilton, the Marauders received a scare early when CIS rushing leader Jesse Lumsden was hurt. But the speedy tailback returned and finished with 104 yards rushing and a TD. Brandon Little also contributed a 109-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, thrilling a school-record Ivor Wynne Stadium gathering of 12,464. Laurier quarterback Ryan Pyear, Kyle Pyear's brother, finished 15-of-30 passing for 230 yards and a TD but also had two interceptions.
Saint Mary's 36, St Francis 12
At Halifax, Huskies running back Al Giacalone accumulated 447 total yards and scored four touchdowns. Giacalone finished with 286 rushing yards and also had 161 yards on three punt returns and a kickoff return. Les Mullings had the other Saint Mary's touchdown on a 98-yard run late in the third.
Simon Fraser 28, Alberta 18
At Vancouver, Marty Kipps rushed for 215 yards and a TD as Simon Fraser won its first Hardy Trophy in just its second year in the CIS. J.R. Davis completed 18-of-30 passes for 322 yards and a TD a 79-yard strike to Brendan Mahoney along with an interception. Alberta quarterback Cam Linke, replacing injured starter Darryl Salmon, finished 21-of-38 passing for 207 yards and two TDs but also had three interceptions.
